The Aid & Attendance Pension is a monthly financial assistance program provided by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). This pension was instituted in 1952 to help cover the costs associated with long-term care, whether in-home care, independent living or nursing home facilities.​

 

This pension is available in all 50 states.
